Project Manager

We are presently seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our successful Aviation Division.You will be working on both tendered Projects and a Maintenance Frameworks covering a variety of safety and security-critical infrastructure works for our main & regional airport clients.As a Project Manager for Dyer & Butler, you will be managing civil engineering projects from planning stage through to final accounts.Your responsibilities will include:Controlling safety, quality & environmental activitiesSite leadership and managementHealth & safety managementManaging all resourcing for the efficient delivery of the projectEffective stakeholder engagement and managementStrong input into project tendering and estimating Producing/reviewing
method statements and risk assessmentsProgramming and planningCommercial reporting and cost management, including project changeManagement of plant & materialsCompliance to both client & company procedures and specificationsCorrespondence and record keeping in accordance with the company proceduresAbout you:Ideally Degree qualified in Civil engineering (or equivalent), with a successful track record managing civil engineering & infrastructure projectsA formal project management qualification, such as APM is preferredProject management & delivery experience within a safety critical environmentFully conversant with safety regulations (particularly CDM)Possess a strong commercial acumen with knowledge of project management and NEC forms of contract, to manage day to day contract obligationsDemonstrable experience with both the commercial & project deliverables on previous projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate the people working with youCSCS Card – BlackSMSTS QualifiedFull Clean Driving LicenseIT LiterateProven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractorsWe Offer:Private MedicalPensionHolidayClear career path & development support**Dyer and butler are an Equal opportunities Employer**Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
