The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Operation & Maintenance contracts or Wind Projects across the UK complying with the customer's requirements.
Key Responsabilities
Coordinate, Manage and control multiple O&M wind projects. Manages all aspects of the day to day operation of projects in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
Day to day coordination of scheduling between subcontractors, internal team and customers.
Establish new customer relationship and reinforce the existing ones to increase the current portfolio. Develop and implement complex commercial negotiation strategies.
Recruit, select, train and manage technical staff.
Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise.
Provide technical assistance to crews.
Promotion of a healthy and safe working environment.
Establish new work procedures.
Monthly reports to customers and to company.
Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, or budgets for wind projects.
Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.
Create wind energy project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information.
Manage wind project costs to stay within budget limits
Support and mentor the career development of junior technicians.
Attending client and site visits as required.
Assessment of potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
