Company Overview:

A medium-sized fit-out contractor specialising in the commercial sector is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. With a focus on delivering high-quality fit-out projects, the company has recently secured a prestigious �13 million office fit-out project in Surrey, scheduled to commence in June or July.

Job Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of the �13 million office fit-out project in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record specifically within the fit-out sector, demonstrating expertise in managing similar projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the office fit-out
  • Manage all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and building regulations.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
