We are looking for a Project Manager/ Scrum Master person to join our fantastic team!What we're looking for - The rolePassionate and energetic scrum master to guide and help grow 1 or 2 small teams new to Agile and Scrum.A role model that enacts Agile behaviours and the ability to mentor others on the Agile mindset, behaviours, frameworks, and practicesStrong mentor, someone experienced and confident with coaching at both the team and the leadership level.Experience in leading a scrum team within a recognised or homegrown Agile scaling framework would be advantageous.Exceptional facilitator, someone who can build psychological safety within their teams and help protect and shield their teams from outside distractionsResponsibilitiesExpected to embed Agile practices, optimise team performance, be the servant leader and mentor the team day-to-day in a complex programme landscape.Coach and mentor the development team on self-organisation, cross-functionality, and continuous improvementCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and prioritiesFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progressFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentPromote transparency, communication, and effective collaboration within the team and across departmentsMonitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality workContinuously improve the team's agile practices and processesAdapting Agile ways of working to a traditional organisation takes its first tentative agility steps.Balancing practical application of Agile practices (today) while continually challenging the team.Product Owner and organisation to improve ways of working while working with an emerging network of Agile coaches to improve the organisation (tomorrow).Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management roleStrong understanding and practical experience with Scrum and agile methodologiesExcellent facilitation and coaching skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and managementExperience in managing and resolving conflicts within teamsFamiliarity with agile project management tools and softwareFamiliarity with software development practices and technologiesKnowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plusNice To Have-Proficiency in the Polish language for effective communicationWhat we can offer:Flexible working hours and remote working optionsCompetitive salary (depending on experience)Performance bonusesOpportunity to work on projects for leading global brands
