With a portfolio filled with high profile projects, their team is currently at the forefront of project management for premium schemes in central London.Their commitment to professional development and mentoring has resulted in high employee engagement and retention, which ensures that you'll be on a trajectory of success.Projects range from £20-250m in contract value and consist of CAT A, CAT B and new build.They are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager and an Associate Director Project Manager to join their team working on these thrilling projects.About you:You will ideally be a project manager with 4+ years experience in a project consultancy or client delivering private sector projects under JCT D&B contract.Additional candidate attributes:Degree qualified in a property related subjectIdeally chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent4+ years project management experience within a consultancy or clientExperience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projectsStrong commercial acumenExcellent written and verbal communicationThey offer:Mentor programmeWellness allowanceAnnual bonusPrivate medicalLife assuranceFlex working
