Job Description
White Horse Employment are pleased to be working on a partnership basis with Your Eco, proudly overseeing the full recruitment process and supporting their search for a Project Manager. Your Eco are a B Corp certified business dedicated to creating a sustainable future through innovative and environmentally friendly projects whilst being an expertise in their field of solar PV and battery storage.
They are now seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic Bath based team, on a hybrid-remote basis. This position will play a crucial part in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, managing resources effectively and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities will include:
project activities, liaising with the wider team to ensure all aspects of the project process are completed as efficiently as possible.
projects are completed in budget and at a minimum cost to the business, regularly reviewing the quoted budget.
P&Ls with finance team to create forecasts and calculate total costs to complete. Arranging for invoices to be issued to client at relevant timings throughout completion.
risk management, actively consider, log and mitigate against any risks/variables. Ensuring that team members are briefed on any site specific considerations and risks.
initial contact with the client when job is passed over and act as the main point of contact throughout the process. Agreeing start dates, updating through the process and making contact after completion to hand system over.
Skills and experience required:
of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a related industry.
leadership skills and ability to motivate teams and drive projects towards successful outcomes.
in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kaizen etc).
holding a degree in Business, Engineering or relevant fields.
in project management tools and software.
Attributes required:
to work autonomously in a fully remote position.
for environmental sustainability and interest in prioritising environmental sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
to adapt to changing project requirements.
and creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and problem solve.
to take initiative and manage workload and projects with minimal supervision.
