Project Manager - Tier 1 Consultancy Package: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + BenefitsCentral LondonCapstone is currently working on behalf of a specialist Project Management consultancy, a leader within the Commercial and residential development space to recruit a Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will find themselves working in a dynamic and personable team with great exposure to a variety of high-profile projects for Tier 1 developer clients. With the knowledge that their people are the heart of their business, our client has organically built a stellar reputation and offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to skyrocket their career. The RoleThe role will be to deliver schemes across sectors including large new build office/cut and curve developments and residential developments. You will be working with some of London's top developer clients from inception through to completion in a consultancy capacity. Ideally, you will have experience of JCT Design and Build contract form and have acted as a Contract Administrator or Employers agent previously. The role will be client-facing and strong written and verbal communication skills will be required.
