Our client provides a fully integrated solution with functionality including online member self-service, campaign management, and additional modules including membership management, financial management and much more.THE BASICS:As the Project Manager, you will cover standard day-to-day project management responsibilities across a range of digital and CRM projects, this opportunity blends internal management with client-facing responsibilities to ensure your clients and customers are satisfied with the deliverables produced by the business and your clients are kept informed step by step.This role will require you to cover the full lifecycle when working with customers from initial requirements analysis through to design, development and deployment, this opportunity involves collaborating with developers, testers and consultants internally so being a team player is a must.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you’ll be required to create and maintain overall work plans for client projects, ensuring information is shared across teams and resource allocation is visible to the senior management team along with covering the production and maintenance of project plans in support of client projects, we’re looking for individuals who have experience working with multiple teams and customers delivering project requirements to meet deadlines.Project Managers with experience overseeing development work that provides appropriate levels of guidance and oversight to ensure developed solutions are consistent with design and meets, our clients’ customer requirements will be of high interest.If you can create and maintain key project deliverables in support of engagement.
