Role: Project Manager - Adult Social CareLocation: East of England- Hybrid workingType: InterimHours: Full time Day rate: £250 - £400 per day Sellick Partnership are looking to appoint an Interim Project Manager for a Local Authority in the East of England. Job Purpose: Developing the overarching programme of commercial projectsTo take responsibility for the development and delivery of specific projects Main responsibilities for the Project Manager:
To develop initial, broad concepts for transformation and change opportunities into viable, deliverable projectsTo take day to day responsibility for the delivery of specific projectsTo develop, implement and assure the processes necessary for sound governance and programme management of the Council's transformation agendaTo prepare information, reports and correspondence on behalf of the Senior Responsible Officers on matters relating to the commercial developments programmeTo support day to day the Head of Performance and Strategic Development on taking forward projects across the CouncilTo liaise with the other senior officers within and outside the directorate and with partnersProvide full project support including setting up and maintaining project filesTo ensure that all relevant policies of the Council are properly implemented at all times Person Specification for the Project Manager: Strong Project Management experienceThe ability to prepare business casesStrong stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to work effectively at a senior level Please apply if you believe that you are well-suited to this excellent opportunity.
