Te Tūranga - The Role
We are looking for a capable and experienced Project Manager to ensure that major projects are executed efficiently, aligned with business strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Reporting to the Global Head of PMO, based in the USA, this role supports the recently established global PMO team and works cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure projects are well defined and adhere to PMO principles, standards and processes.
A key focus for this role will be to support a major infrastructure project through a significant transition period.
In this role, you will:
Develop transitional plans and documents to define project scope, expectations, budget and schedule.
Identify, evaluate and develop project risk mitigation plans.
Provide leadership guidance during planned and unplanned project changes or transitions.
Provide regular updates to steering committees and senior leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
7+ years' experience managing large or complex projects / programmes.
Experience within transitional project management, working across multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and leadership skills.
