Project Manager
Have you got Project Management and Highways experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity working in Area 12?
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage established sites
Review H&S paperwork
Identify engineering discrepancies
Plan and oversee projects
Schedule project timelines
Perform method statements and risk assessments
Manage project administration and site documentation
Meet budgetary goals
Regularly report to senior management
Track project performance
Organise site resources (labour, materials, subcontractors)
Ensure suitability of plant & machinery
Oversee Supervisor and Foreman performance
Coach and support new hires
Organise employee training
Ensure trained personnel for tasks
Competent in closing out Health & Safety Files
Qualifications for Project Manager:
HND/HNC qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Essential CSCS Gold Card
Essential SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Preferable NRSWA certification
Competency with MS Project
Project Manager Specification:
Professional, self-motivated attitude
Proficiency in contract documents and relationships
Ability to teach and develop team members
Strong Health and Safety leadership
Effective time management and organisation
Solid understanding of Engineering principles
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
Full clean driving licence
