We value integrity and relationships, striving to deliver projects in ways that resonate with these values.THE ROLEBEM Group is targeting a Client-Side Project Manager to join our Newcastle team.The position offers ownership, collaboration, autonomy, and management of delivering exciting projects with key partners.We are seeking a bold decision maker and strong communicator to provide support to our Senior Project Managers and deliver mid-tier value capital works projects.ROLE REQUIREMENTSWe consider design, social, economic, and environmental factors to manage project complexities that create the settings for human activity. A strong fit would be reflected through the following experience:Tertiary qualification in project managementDemonstrated recent project experience as a client-side project manager within the education, retail, and commercial sectorAbility to retain and facilitate a strong industry networkUp to date industry knowledge and experience in managing the PCG, stakeholder group and head contractorPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills and attention to detailStrong ability to understand, assess and mitigate riskAbility to think critically and adapt to overcome obstacles in the project process, achieving the best outcome for our clientsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and Procore.PREFERRED SKILLS Key TasksSupporting/working closely with front-end + delivery Senior Project Managers and Project AdministratorStandalone full line delivery of minor capital works programs circa $3 to $10mSector ExperienceEducationHealthCommercial OfficeRetailCommunity and Social HousingOFFERBEM Group is currently tracking several live opportunities with our existing clients, including education, retail, and commercial construction-based projects.
