Project Manager/Senior Project ManagerLocation – NorthamptonshireSalary – 40-60k (DOE)TXM Recruit are delighted to be working with a privately owned Construction Consultancy firm looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal Project Manager will have strong expertise in Commercial and Industrial projects with over 3 years’ UK experience within a consultancy.This role will be standard Monday-Friday working hours and offers flexibility when it comes to hybrid working but does require you to go into the office certain days of the week.The ideal Project Manager will have – Over 3 years of UK experience working as a construction Project Manager within the commercial and/or Industrial sector within a consultancy Experience in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT) and administering projects Candidates will either have a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one (this company will happily support candidates through their RICS and MCIOB route to chartership) A demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects Be based and eligible to work in the UK Have a full UK driving licenseIf you are a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager looking for a new role apply now or call Elle-Mae Ball at TXM on (phone number removed).TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
