Project Manager

A Freelance Construction Project Manager is required to deliver a £12m building development in the Aberdeen area. With an 84-week programme, the contract offers secure, long-term work in the area.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. With good contractual awareness and competent handling of construction programmes, you will lead the team in delivering the project on time and within budget, without compromising on quality.
In addition to providing long-term work, a highly competitive hourly rate is also on offer ensuring you are well rewarded for your efforts.
To take on this challenging role you should have;
- Proven experience in managing large construction projects in a main contracting environment
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificates
