Project Manager - Rebrand & M&A Initiatives
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to join one of my leading Insurance clients, to lead and support their ambitious rebranding project and contribute to their strategic Mergers and Acquisitions efforts. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand identity within the UK market and play a pivotal role in our growth through M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the rebranding project, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Actively contribute to multiple workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Support the execution of M&A initiatives, from due diligence to integration, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with our business goals.
Manage the coordination and completion of all tasks related to the rebrand, including but not limited to, updates across the Front Office, IT Systems, Marketing Materials, Websites, Business Systems, and all relevant documentation. This encompasses overseeing all necessary changes and enhancements to reflect the new brand identity
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful rebranding projects and involvement in M&A activities.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
