Are you currently looking for work on a more regional basis, working locally on exciting new projects in and around the Manchester area?
Working on a range of projects from pre-construction to completion on projects ranging from £6million to £95million plus!
My client is a leading main building contractor who has an excellent reputation within the marketplace in the North West. Delivering large multi-million-pound schemes across the region.
With a large pipeline of works scheduled, they are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join their teams. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven experience in running projects from inception through to completion. They would like the Project Manager to be involved in the Pre-construction of the project, so this experience is preferred.
The Project Manager's role will be one of a few schemes in the mix. Some large new builds between £6 million to £95 million plus.
You will be responsible for working on a variety of projects from hotels, industrial, offices as well as restoration and conversion projects.
You will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme.
The Project Manager they are looking for will have experience in delivering new build schemes delivering from groundworks phases of a new project, ideally involved in the pre-construction of site stages.
