Project Manager - Remote Position
Lichfield
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15 - some flexibility may be required to suit project requirements.
PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
The Role:
Our client is looking for a new Project Manager to join their team based in Lichfield.
This is a remote-based position, with occasional visits to the office in Lichfield required.
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving projects through to completion, ensuring that critical milestones are met, work plans are followed, and budgets are kept in check.
You will be working within a small team, collaborating with architects and managing projects from conception to completion. Travel to client sites across the UK will be required from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:
Delivery of Projects to agreed profit margins, policy and procedures, through comprehensive project management. This includes the overall management of customer accounts in liaison with the Finance Team.
Contract Management of new projects from order stage through to completion
Contract Management including negotiation of variation works
Production of required drawings and programmes
Visiting Sites as required supervising/ coordinating installations
Maintaining Project Files and Quality Documentation
Keep regularly up to date with our clients new Products
Develop good relationships with, On-Site Contractors.
Keep up to date with projects and products at all times to ensure customer requirements are being met.
Supervision of Project Engineers and Project Co-coordinator
Source, vett and appoint new sub- contractors
Understand role and responsibilities within health and safety management system, both internal and external, including any special requirements
Regular interaction with Sales Team, and PC, attending regular hand-over meetings and working with Technical Sales Estimator pricing variation works
Regular reporting to Line Manager of any Site areas of concern and regular communications back to colleagues on any relevant Site issues.
Work closely with BDM, PL and Technical Support Team, to practically resolve any project on site issues to the best possible cost and company effect.
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Min 2-3 years experience within a Project Management position is essential
Previous knowledge or experience using AutoCAD is essential.
Proven success of working with all levels of management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great attention to detail, project deadlines and budgets
Strong business acumen
Good conflict resolution skills
Own transport is essential
