We are delighted to be partnering with a leading business who specify, design, install, commission and service bespoke building energy management systems (BEMS) to provide sophisticated operation control, providing energy optimised solutions and creating fit for purpose environmental conditions.
Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to undertake BMS design, engineering, project control and handover (commissioning if requested) for a multitude of projects, ranging in financial value and technical scope. Detailed and thorough planning, budgetary control and ensuring all projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Undertake BMS design, engineering, and commissioning.
• Ensure BEMS design meets HVAC and mechanical systems requirements.
• Proficient in electrical control panels and wiring diagrams.
• Develop BEMS application software and modify control panels.
• Conduct client demonstrations and produce project delivery.
• Act as a BEMS/HVAC specialist, providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate proactive approach and ensure project compliance.
• Utilize project management software and control project costs.
• Coordinate project tasks, personnel, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with project manager and participants.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain productivity.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
