Project Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in the Industrial/Marine industry to lead and manage key project initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and a practical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.

Description

• Oversee the planning and implementation of project tasks and initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Implement and manage changes to meet project outputs.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• An academic degree in an engineering field would be beneficial.
• Experience in project management, particularly within the engineering sector.
• Project Management accreditation would be highly advantageous i.e. APMP.
• Valid UK passport and able to pass a detailed security check.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience within the marine sector would be beneficial however not essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of project management software tools.

Job Offer
