Using your effective communication and organisational skills, you will lead your team to successfully deliver high-calibre projects within time and budget constraints. As a project leader, your experience will demonstrate that you are comfortable with facilitating program review meetings, professional negotiations with all stakeholders and clients, and effectively oversee project teams to deliver as per the design methodology and project specifications.What you Need5+ years’ experience in Water and Wastewater ProjectsStrong financial acumen, managing project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking and claimsExperience in the development and implementation of project safety, quality, and environmental management plansExperience with project planning and developing work packs and methodologiesKnowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment, energy, driveProven track record of working to strict deadlinesEmbrace our core values to be respectful, patient, flexible, accountable and focusedWorking With PensarWe believe that maintaining a healthy and happy team is key to creating better outcomes in our work.
