We are one of the leading specialist providers of overhead line and sub-station services to the UK. We deliver construction and refurbish projects up to 400kv.
Due to a number a big project wins and a very healthy-looking order book for 2024 we are looking for a Project Manager to support in Bathgate - Scotland, Andover - Hampshire & Saffron Walden - Essex.
Duties and Responsibilities.
* To support in the winning of several projects in accordance with the Plan
* Responsible for overall profit and loss of both standard and complex projects.
* Ensure delivery of the project is on time, to the highest standards quality.
* Maintain a collaborative working environment.
Skills and Experience.
* Previous experience working at Management level.
* Management and Delivery of Overhead Line, Cabling or Substation schemes up to 400kv
* Proven track record in tendering and managing standard/complex/major projects including sub-contractors.
* Strong People Management skills
* Commercial awareness with knowledge or both budgetary and financial control.
* Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions to complex operational and commercial problems.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, able to tease out sensitive issues and lead cross-functional teams towards solutions.
