This is where global strategy aligns with the art of luxury manufacturing.The Role:We're on the lookout for a Project Manager to support to secure plant & customer supply, optimise duty liability and minimise risk by adhering to adequate rules and regulations. You will ensure that our client complies with all tax, customs and international trade regulations, UK/IE laws and their internal guidelines as applicable.Your Impact:Support design, implementation, maintenance, testing (etc.) of compliant tax, customs and export control systems, technologies, and processes for concerned UK & IE entities, incl. taking responsibility and making decisions within area of responsibility.Support system maintenance, including harmonization, synchronization and distribution of data and projects in regards of tax, customs, and export control for all UK& IE entities. Support efforts to minimize expenses, reduce delays, risks and secure the various supply chains our client is involved in.Support preparation, analysis, visualization and submission of customs, export control or tax related KPI/KCIs.Support implementation of tax, customs and export control related legal changes in processes and systems.Support steering of external service providers to ensure quality of services in their area of responsibility.Ensure compliance with all international trade/ tax regulations related to the company's tax, customs, and export control business.Skills & Qualifications:Some experience in Project Management, preferably in the premium or luxury automotive sector.Proficient user of Confluence and other Agile working tools.Previous experience within IT/Tech domains.Previous experience within Tax/Customs/Financial environments is desired but not essential.Benefits:A competitive hourly rate complemented by a performance-driven bonus.The flexibility of hybrid work arrangements.Access to a subsidised restaurant.Access to an extensive library of over 70,000 courses via Hays Go1.Comprehensive support from Ben, covering mental health, financial, and legal aspects.Exclusive local discounts on retail and dining.A generous allocation of 35 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
