Mainstay have an exciting opportunity for a Project manager for a leading Facilities Service Provider. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing construction or Refurbishment projects within a hard service background and have delivered multiple projects at once.
Duties:
As a Project Manager you will support the Senior Project Manager overseeing to deliver all billable and construction projects
You will monitor and manage the supplys partners project teams ensuring they are qualified and experienced and are directed with tasks
Whilst overseeing these projects you will also ensure all projects are completed in line with health and safety regulations and are compliant
As a project manager you will ensure projects are completed on time and within the agreed budgets
You will complete weekly progression reports of the projects informing the senior manager of any project risks or opportunities
As the project manager you will ensure all documentation relating to the billable works is completed and submitted in a timely manner
You will also identify any opportunities that can support the companies Net carbon zero targets
