An award-winning London agency and we're on the lookout for a talented Project Manager who is available for around six weeks.Strong agency side experience as a project manager or producer delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for on-time, on-budget project delivery – in line with agency KPIs and targetsOrchestrate the accurate scoping of projectsCollaborate with multiple agency
departments/stakeholders
to create proposals and SOWsProactively manage tasks and resources, in line with project scope and delivery scheduleSupport the definition, implementation and governance of agency processesWork closely with Studio Manager to effectively plan and manage agency resourcesOrchestration of cross-functional teams – including strategy, creative, digital and mediaImplement effective ways of working throughout the project lifecycleSet-up, plan and schedule projects within agency platformsDrive client communications around project status and performanceSupport Head of Operations and Senior Project Manager, as requiredProject health (time and money) reports and end of project wrap up reportsSkills and Experience2+ years agency experience as a project manager or producerTrack record of delivering integrated campaigns and digital productionWorked in cross-functional teamsUnderstanding and practical experience of both waterfall and agile ways of workingExperience of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrategic problem solverQuality assurance testing an advantageStrong interpersonal skills – able to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working within B2B, in an agency or similar environment an advantageKnowledge of core marketing principles is desirableSend me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
