Project Manager  – Freelance – Restaurant - Fast Track  Fit Out         

Are you a roving project manager  who has recent experience of overseeing high end, fast-track restaurant fit out projects , and can commute to both Manchester and Leeds?

We are recruiting for a  roving project manager to oversee two new restaurants in Manchester and Leeds , which start in May and August respectively and will last until the end of the year. 

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Ensuring the health, safety and well being of site operatives


• Compiling construction phase plans 


• Programming 


• Liaising with client , directors,designers and site teams


• Chairing site meetings


• Progress reports


• Assisting with final accounts
  
   

Experience & Requirements :

• Recent experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit out projects


• Client Facing 


• Trades background


• Local to Manchester & Leeds


• Able to provide references
