Project Manager - Renewables

Absolute Solar & Wind, Part of the RSK Group is currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis in their head office in Loch Lomond. ASAW are renewable energy specialists helping businesses to install contemporary low carbon technologies in solar, wind, biomass and energy efficiency solutions. We work in partnership with international designers and manufacturers ensuring that Absolute can access and install the best available technologies.Requirements:Electrical or Civil engineering degree qualified.Experience operating as a Project Manager/Engineer.Knowledge of PV solar systems. HSE leadership qualities.Fully aware of CDM regulations applicable to construction Projects.Project Risk Management and Control.Procurement processes and procedures including contracts and subcontract.Full UK driving licence with own transport essential.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a portfolio of projects - ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, to customer expectations and in-line with Absolute brand values (Trust – Quality – Contemporary Technology).Manage project H&S – ensure RAMS etc complete and followed and H&S delivery happens. Ensure project financials are managed – including on time accurate applications / billing, project cashflow management and that agreed client retentions are managed. Provide forecast and WIP valuation in line with company requirements. Ensure project Cost To Complete (CTC) are reviewed / reconciled and investigate variances. Check, review and agree customer and supplier contract terms – ensuring no significant risks or issues.Ensure PM time is allocated accurately and effectively to projects.Complete Post Implementation Review (PIR) for projects once closed out – report and build on key learning for future.Salary and Benefits:Salary is dependent on experience Bonus scheme availableCompany pensionCycle to work schemeOn-site parkingWork from homeRSK is an equal opportunities employer. RSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.About UsAbsolute Solar and Wind (Absolute) is a leading renewable energy specialist company based near Loch Lomond, Scotland.
