Region: LondonA leading, well respected construction company have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take charge of a £25m, RC frame, 8 storey, new build residential project in West London.The company have been around for over 50 years, and have a strong track record for delivering high quality, large scale construction projects that put local communities at the core of their business.They operate across London and the South East, carrying out public sector housing, education and healthcare projects. They have a unique and unrivalled approach to community regeneration and affordable housing projects.They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of a £25m new build residential project comprising 125 units, built using an RC frame that is 8 storeys high. The Project Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar schemes with a reputable house builder.
