Project Manager- Property Development

Position: Project Manager Location- BrightonSalary- £50,000-£65,000Responsibilities: Lead and manage property development projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in property development or construction. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
