Scope of Work:
Kent is looking for a Project Manager - Offshore Wind - Outside of IR35 to be based in one of our UK offices. FEED and Detailed Design of the Wind Turbine Generator Foundations for an Offshore Wind Farm in European waters.
Responsibilities
Capable of performing general duties with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
Supports the Engineering Management Team in planning, identifies commercial or contractual issues that could limit progress and delivery of the project, and interfaces with the client.
As Project Manager oversee the overall execution of the project.
Responsible for managing the project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and ensuring on time delivery, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
Coordinate across technical disciplines, integrating technical and non-technical aspects, managing stakeholder relationships.
Manage project risks, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure projects are executed effectively aligning with strategic objectives and governance standards.
Performs related duties as and when instructed by Direct Supervisor.
Requirements
Significant related experience of working for engineering/client organisations in the Energy industry.
Chartered Status preferred. Significant related experience working for Engineering/Client organisations in the Offshore Wind Industry.
Strong background in project management with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
Experience of FEED and detailed design projects for offshore fixed bottom foundations.
Deep understanding or project management methodologies, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practice.
Activity scheduling and project priorities.
