Due to rapid growth and major project wins they are going to be looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager The Role To be Project Managing projects from £3 million to £30 million Responsibilities:Full responsibility for delivery of commercial fit-out projectsWorking closely with client at all timesTenderingManaging Sub contractorsProgrammingEnsuring project is delivered on spec, on time and on budgetManaging all elements via site manager(s) and other key staffEssential:Commercial Office Project Management Fit-Out experienceCat A or B fit out experience
