Project Manager (MRICS) - Pan European Industrial development - Client-side

We are currently working closely with a leading pan-European industrial / logistics investor, developer and manager with a £1+ billion asset portfolio. As they continue to deploy capital in the acquisitions of green and brown field sites in addition to redeveloping their existing asset portfolio, they are looking for a Project Manager who will join the team and work under the Director of Project Management / Technical Director across their industrial portfolio.Remuneration:£Competitive + benefits + industry leading bonusThe Role:The Project Manager will report into the Director of Project Management / Technical Director and will assist the delivery of their big box c.100,000 Sqft – 800,000+ Sqft brown and green field new build developments c.£20+ million in addition to working on mid box and multi-let existing asset refurbishment and dilapidation projects c.£5 million - £15 million. The Project Manager will input into the 360-development cycle from initial feasibility and DD through planning, design and procurement and oversight of the consultant and contractor teams in delivery, although the core initial focused will be the delivery RIBA 3 - 6.The Project Manager would be joining a dynamic and close team and will work closely with the asset management, finance, building surveying and wider business teams as they drive their expansion strategy over the coming years.The business has an exceptional culture with a focus on sustainability, personal development and they are looking for a proactive individual who with good presentation and client facing skills who has experience on £10+ million industrial and logistic developments or a similar asset class such as large-scale retail or pharma.Requirements:MRICS qualified (c.1 yr PQE) preferable with a Degree in Project Management or Building surveying.Experience working across the RIBA 3 – 6 stages for new development and refurbishment of Industrial, Retail or Mixed-use sites.Commercially astute with good stakeholder management and reporting skills.Strong communication and organisation skills to work within a fast paced environment.The business has exceptional funding and growth targets, so this is an ideal time to join the team under an exceptional Director who will help you develop your career and potential.For further information on this opportunity please click the apply link or contact John Clarkson
