Project Manager - Main Contractor- Prime ResidentialLondon-based Main Contractor with a focus on Prime and Super Prime residential projects for high net worth clients across central London are looking to appoint a Design Manager on a permanent basis.With a head office in London, their projects typically span prime postcodes such as St John's Wood, Hampstead and Kensington. They are a financially robust business with a turnover in excess of 100m.The Role:Project Manager to be site based on a c. 15m project delivering 9 luxury apartments in St John's Wood.The Project Manager will also be expected to conduct such duties as:Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize project programsIdentify and resolve problems before and during constructionEnsure compliance with current regulations and efficient project executionConduct regular meetings with site manager(s) to assess progress and monitor key risk areasOversee all aspects of Health & Safety on assigned sitesWork closely with the Procurement department to optimize material procurementGenerate monthly client reports and undertake monthly valuations ExperienceRequirements:Extensive UK-based experience in high-end residential constructionProficient in professional project management best practices (PRINCE2 or equivalent)Health & safety trained with a comprehensive understanding of CDM regulationsExpert knowledge of contractsClick Apply below to be considered for this genuine career development opportunity.For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003 Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
