Job Title: Project Manager Location: London - 3-5 Days per week on site Salary/Rate: Up to £400 Per day Inside IR35 Start Date: 30/04/23Job Type: ContractCompany IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading banking clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.The ideal candidate will excel in coordination and stakeholder management, with a strong foundation in standard project management practices. While Credit Risk experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and grow in this area. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Lead Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and delivery.Coordinate project activities and tasks across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to facilitate communication and address inquiries or concerns.Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor progress against established timelines and milestones.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to track project progress and ensure alignment with project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.Assist in the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.Experience or familiarity with credit risk management concepts and practices is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.DisclaimerNotwithstanding any guidelines given to level of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.Square One is acting as both an employment agency and an employment business, and is an equal opportunities recruitment business.
