What youll do: As a Project Manager in the Aftermarket & EROW IPT you will be part of a cross functional team delivering projects to support ongoing production, spares/repairs and support of our cutting-edge AAR equipment and technologies and deal with some of the biggest names in the aerospace industry.
This is a fast-paced customer facing role with a broad range of responsibilities.
Qualifications: Degree qualified or equivalent experience Min 5 Years
Hold a recognised Project Management qualification.
Experience of managing aerospace systems
Experience of working in a matrix organisation
Demonstrated track record in achieving challenging milestones and budgets.
Full Project lifecycle experience
Experience in commercial, engineering or operations within the Aerospace industry.
Skills: Has the ability to create, manage and execute a project plan.
Has strong communication skills and the ability to achieve by influencing others. Ability to build relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.
Familiar with MS Office applications and Microsoft Project
Be able to facilitate problem solving and gaining engagement in resolving day to day issues.
Actively executes Risk, Issues and Opportunities - Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunities.
Responsible for planning and performance of Life Cycle Gate, including preceding Reviews.
