Our client is a leading global consultancy firm known for delivering top-tier construction and development solutions. Specialising in hospitality projects throughout the UK.
Position Overview:
This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our client's London team, and delivery transformative hospitality projects, from luxury resorts to immersive theme parks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hospitality projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to understand project needs and deliver accordingly.
Apply your construction expertise to provide insights throughout the project lifecycle.
Administer JCT contracts effectively to manage project obligations.
Oversee project activities, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
Take a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving to keep projects moving smoothly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality sector.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
Expertise in JCT contracts and project administration.
Previous consultancy experience preferred - with experience acting as an Employers Agent & Contract Administrator
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
