Project Manager - Harrogate

We are currently recruiting for a growing R&D business looking to support increased business, and appoint an additional Project Manager!The role will involve the management of high-value projects from the kick-off meeting to the handover. The company’s success is down to its people and this is an opportunity to join a successful and forward-thinking team at the top of their game.Applications are welcome from both Project Managers and Project Engineers with an R&D/manufacturing/engineering background!Your Role and Responsibilities:– Preparation and management of all project phases and deliverables including project briefs PMP, schedules, budgets and maintenance of tracking registers.– Identifying and providing reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure customer satisfaction.– Assist with the preparation of proposals and estimates during the quotation phase.– Management of Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions.– Tracking and monitoring the progress of measurable i.e. time, cost and quality.– Preparation and presentation of project financials including accurate budget forecast cost to complete final cost at completion invoice profile.– Management and control of scope and contract changes with the customer.Your Skills and Abilities:– A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (experience considered over qualification)– Strong Project Management experience– Excellent at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders– Experience in a multi-disciplined environment– Strong verbal and written communication skills– Able to handle multiple concurrent projectsCopyright 2024 Futures - All Rights Reserved.
