Our work is wide ranging, ambitious and often new and challenging.The roleAs Property Project Manager, you will successfully lead, manage and deliver individual projects and associated change initiatives, in order to meet the expanding needs of the CMA. We seek to implement workplace guidelines that align with our real estate strategy, workplace concepts, sustainability and technology standards.You will provide clear leadership to project teams, managing team members effectively by utilising their specialisms, skills, knowledge, and strengths. You and your team will oversee the development of programmes, stakeholder mapping, business cases, cost plans, risk registers, contracts and site monitoring schemes. Of course, you will also coordinate with other teams and stakeholders across various professions and business groups, ensuring project critical success is achieved and that projects are always delivered safely, on time, and on budget to meet the specified quality.In addition, you will help to shape the future CMA property and estate strategy.What you will needYou will possess significant experience of leading and delivering multi-site property projects (up to the value of £10 million) in the public sector, and ideally also in the private sector, working across the property life cycle including acquisitions, relocations, mobilisation, refurbishments and fitouts. You will also provide previous experience of developing and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, utilising your excellent written and oral communication skills.You must have a professional Project Management certification such as Prince2 or PMP and be able to demonstrate the ability to operate within the multidisciplinary nature of relocations.You will be expected to travel within the UK on a regular basis,What we can offer youIn return the CMA is a hugely diverse, rewarding and stimulating place to work - an opportunity to work for the public good and to stretch and develop yourself in doing so.
