An opportunity to join a fit-out contractor who deliver high end bespoke fit out projects in the restaurent and bar industry. Now in their 20th year of business they want a Project Manager to join them as they continue to grow.

This company has a great reputation and deliver excellent projects from �50k up to �3M in value.

The Role

• Responsible for managing contracts of varying values
• Project locations across the UK
• A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts
• Client facing role, including chairing of client/progress meetings
• Knowledge and understanding programming & procurement of fit-out projects
• The role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
• Attend progress meetings
• Compilation of contractor's report
• Health & Safety on site
• Procurement of site materials & labour resources

The Person

• Experience of management of restaurent or bar fit out projects
• Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
