The project manager holds responsibility for the meticulous planning, supervision, and ultimate satisfaction of clients in designated construction ventures. This entails managing all contractual obligations and utilising architectural designs and project specifications to tender and execute tasks on behalf of the client. Acting as a consultant in project management, proficient communication and organisational skills are imperative for overseeing contractors and coordinating stakeholders to successfully implement MEP projects in operational buildings.

Their services range across the project lifecycle, from feasibility, design, and energy assessments to sustainability, construction, technical project management, strategic asset management, and much more.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee on-site project management and coordination.
  • Conduct design planning, technical reviews, and cost analysis.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and risks effectively.
  • Coordinate with authorities, chair progress meetings, manage contractors, and generate progress reports.
  • Handle change management, payment verification, and warranty procurement.
  • Administration of JCT contracts

Requirements:


  • HND or above in an engineering, construction or project management related area
  • Proficiency in project management, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration.
  • Experience managing projects of varying construction values from £100k to £2M+
  • Familiarity with IMS and QA procedures
  • Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous professional development.
  • Commitment to achieving chartered status and supporting team growth.
  • Willingness to learn and promote sustainable energy initiatives
