A proactive and versatile Project Manager able work autonomously and as part of a cross functional team with at least 4 years experience in a similar level marketing role ideally with experience redesigning websites.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager for a 6 month FTC to spearhead the redesign of our client's company website. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the new web design, translations and launch. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's online presence and enhance the user experience for the clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.Develop a comprehensive project roadmap the website redesign, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback.Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with the project vision and goals.Manage the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while adhering to project milestones and budget constraints.Monitor website performance and make recommendations on performance and SEO strategiesStay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends to drive continuous innovation and improvement. Education and Experience Requirements:Proven track record of successfully managing website projects preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of SEO, performance, user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web development technologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Project) is a plus.Autonomous and proactiveHigh level of organization and attention to detailComfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent time management skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and social abilities Work hours and benefitsCompetitive salary depending on experienceWe give you the freedom to work remotely from homeA friendly team of professionals to work with Job Info
