Project Manager - Electrical

We are now recruiting for a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure that project objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and performance metrics.


• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.


• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.


• Monitor project progress, identify issues or deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.


• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.


• Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders, providing transparency into project progress and performance.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the project team, driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery.
