THE BIG PICTURE:
The VCCP Partnership is an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels.
Across the Partnership, we work with a broad spectrum of clients. Our work transcends the marketing mix, leading everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web build.
We also provide very senior strategic planning for clients, customer journey mapping and helping clients to envision their future business, beyond just communications.

The Customer Engagement team is a more recent arm of the VCCP Partnership. Our vision is to transform the work for our clients by combining the power of brand thinking, data intelligence, creativity and technology.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a strong Midweight Project Manager who can manage key CE (customer engagement) projects within the VCCP Partnership. These work will range from Customer Engagement and CRM focused, strategic, data-led and production projects, across our diverse range of clients. Project Managers are responsible for the successful management and delivery of our projects. They will work closely with the Account Management team, Planning and Data departments. This role also includes working with the Heads of Departments to develop and re-define and monitor the processes used while working closely with the account teams and clients to deliver the best work.
You have deep and relevant experience delivering projects across various types of work including strategic, data lead and CRM production focused projects. You are comfortable with project finances and have experience in estimates, forecasting, utilisation and reconciliations.
You are proficient at delivering projects using a variety of approaches and frameworks and you take an active role in promoting best practice and driving uptake in training initiatives across the Project Management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage successful delivery of client programmes and projects for your key accounts and clients
Have a clear understanding of the project finances and communicate this to the finance team and other relevant teams
Support the Head of Delivery with departmental workflow, resource allocation and general smooth running of the teams
Support and manage new business pitches and proposals
Work closely with account management and the management team to develop and grow business with existing and new clients
Oversight of more junior team members within Project Management
Liaison with the Account Management team to determine relative project and client priorities where there are resource conflicts or times that require escalation
Oversee the development of and approve project plans, including deliverable definitions, timelines, budget estimates and assumptions and dependencies for proposals and on-going projects. Ensure that project risks and issues have been identified and managed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrable, senior-level project management experience in the digital industry, preferably within successful digital or Customer Engagement agencies
Experience within integrated agencies or similar
Demonstrable experience managing large and complex projects and programmes of work, including CRM production, strategic and data led projects
