Project Manager (Contract)

Northwest Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract role to lead critical manufacturing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PM to oversee the planning and execution of complex equipment installations and facility upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans and budgets
• Manage cross-functional project teams including engineering, manufacturing, facilities, etc.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and third-party suppliers
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Implement project management best practices and processes
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel and project management software

Available for a 12-month contract assignment

This is a contract position with potential for extension. Competitive compensation based on experience.
