Project Manager Construction

Project Manager required for a large groundworks contractor. As a Project Manager you will be expected to manage and run the project from start to finish. The project is infrastructure for 170 houses, including, piling, concrete slabs, ground beams, adoptable highways and general infrastructure works.
This is a site based role, managing the day to day duties of a Construction site to include control of direct force and sub-contractors.
Preparation and review of RAMS and other site documentation.
Procurement and management of material and plant
Weekly progress reports, site meetings and short-term programme review.
About you: Relevant experience of large scale residential developments
Excellent communication skills
Full understanding of current H&S legislation
Problem solving skills along with commercial awareness
