My client is a leading construction consultancy firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients. Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager with a consultancy background to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying and will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying scales and complexities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts or disputes.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within a consultancy environment.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
