Development + Comstruction Project Manager | Care & EducationPermanentWork from home with regular site travel£50,000 – £55,000 + Package DOESummaryCCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with one of the UK's leading Care & Education Groups in looking for a Development Project Manager.OverviewAs the Construction Project Manager you will strategically lead on developments throughout the portfolio from cradle to grave. The projects will include new adult residential services, supported living accommodation, children's residential services and SEN schools.You will support from right from the property identification stage, through tendering and acquisitions right the way through to completion and hand over.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver differing and interesting projects.
