The government has committed to spending over £12bn on building retrofits, and this is only the beginning of the investment needed to take the UK’s building stock to net-zero.What you’ll bring…Experience in retrofit project delivery with a proactive attitude toward managing project timescales and potentially tight deadlinesDemonstrable knowledge of JCT / NEC construction contract managementExcellent client facing skills, with the ability to understand and empathiseOrganised project management approachStrong analytical skills, you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and hold people and teams to accountA team player – take accountability for your work, sharing your lessons learnt and wins with the wider teamA “nice to have” …Knowledge of retrofit standards (e.g. PAS2035, PAS2038, PAS 2030)Technical understanding of retrofit particulars (e.g. thermal performance (modelled and actual), EPC certificates, energy efficiency regulations, building regulations, etc.)Knowledge of funding schemes and requitements e.g. SHDF, PSDS, LADS, HUGLevel 2 Understanding Domestic Retrofit NOCNDegree qualified in relevantconstruction related degreeHolding or working towards MRICS or MCIOBWe look forward to hearing from you!Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
