Project Management Business Partner - £37 per hour Inside IR35 -12 Months (extensions highly likely) - Flintshire - Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm-) - Hybrid 3 days on site - One stage virtual interview - Sector: Aerospace

Yolk Recruitment is searching for a Project Management Business Partner to work with the world's leading Aerospace company.

You will be involved with risk management, budget management, scheduling and contract management.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring projects are supported with a strong Project Management Expertise and that
appropriate Project & Programme Management structure, governance and practices are
applied.
Raising the understanding and acceptance of best practice project management within the Teams
Shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards to the needs of the project / activity.
Stakeholder management, ensuring that activities are aligned with interfacing projects and operations.
Promoting Agile WoW and acting as Scrum Master for project activities where needed.
Establishing project plans and controlling all changes
Identifying associated Earned Value Management milestones
Driving the Risk & Opportunity Management process in line with the existing R&OM plan.
Jointly working with Finance to compare cost incurred and time spent

Essentials:

Broad Project Management experience
Experience with different activities including - risk management, budget management, scheduling, contract management
Stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

Aerospace experience
