Job Overview:
As the Project Lead, you will be a vital partner to our CEO and executive team, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within our organisation.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between the CEO and various departments.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for executive leadership.
Project Management:
- Lead and support special projects and initiatives assigned by the executive team, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Streamline workflows and ensure timely execution of key priorities.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership to executive support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Mentor and advise team members, promoting professional growth.
Strategic Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on analysis.
Risk Management:

Relationships:
