Job Overview:



As the Project Lead, you will be a vital partner to our CEO and executive team, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within our organisation.



Main Purpose of the Job:



Strategic Planning and Execution:




  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategic initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.



Communication and Coordination:




  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between the CEO and various departments.

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for executive leadership.



Project Management:




  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives assigned by the executive team, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.



Operational Efficiency:




  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Streamline workflows and ensure timely execution of key priorities.



Team Leadership:




  • Provide leadership to executive support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Mentor and advise team members, promoting professional growth.



Strategic Analysis:




  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on analysis.



Risk Management:




  • Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.



Relationships:




  • Strong working relationships are crucial. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO, executive team, and heads of departments.



Key Skills and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
