As one of the country’s best-loved charities, St John Ambulance played a pivotal role in responding to the pandemic as well as ‘everyday’ health emergencies, training, supporting communities and improving young people’s lives.The NHS Cadets Project aims tosupport young people to learn about the NHS and prepare them for either a clinical or non-clinical future healthcare pathway.As a Project Lead, your role is to lead the delivery of the NHS Cadets programme through 1.5 – 2 hour sessions with young people from marginalised communities across the UK who are involved with the NHS Cadet Programme. You will also complete 3 hours flexible planning. The sessions will be delivered either face to face on partner NHS Trust building or SJA buildings, in a hybrid way or virtually; during term time.
